An experienced Team Leader, responsible for a team of Cleaning Operatives across the City of Birmingham. Driving licence and car are essential for the role.
Supervision of all cleaning operations within a number of locations, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. Responsible for approximately 10 operatives across a number of sites.
Candidates will have experience in a similar role and will have experience of both staff management and budget management.
BICSc COPC certification ideally or willingness to attain this.
Responsible for monitoring performance against set standards and implement corrective actions where necessary to improve performance.
