Are you and experienced Learning and Development Officer, looking for an exciting opportunity to provide you with new challenges? Are you passionate about learning and employee development? If so we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and creative individuals to join our supportive and future focussed Learning & Development team on a temporary basis.
You will join our forward-thinking Human Resource Service and play a key role in delivering high quality, innovative learning solutions to employees across the organisation.
To facilitate employee learning through the design, delivery and evaluation of training and development solutions across a broad range of subject areas.
Learning and Development experience of adult social care, safeguarding, well-being programmes, ICT systems training would be advantageous.
You will have a proven track record in delivering learning and development solutions that are solution focused and have achieved the desired outcomes
Design and deliver innovative and creative learning solutions to meet current and emerging priorities across the organisation and quickly get to grips with the current programmes in delivery.
You should be able to demonstrate a professional qualification in learning and development
Possess excellent communication and facilitation skills
Have a wealth of experience in undertaking training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of learning interventions underpinned by the relevant knowledge and skills to do so
Ability to work across multiple projects
Commitment to continuous professional development
A good working knowledge/ understanding of local authority organisations
This role is initially until March 2019, with view to extension.
