Job Description

We have been retained to assist our client with the above role.

The role is to provide support to the Physical Security Co-Ordinator and also assist the Facilities Help Desk.

Enforce all policies and procedures relating to the physical security controls, displaying professionalism and courtesy at all times when doing so. Dealing with internal and external customers and contractors.

Provide administration support and maintenance of records for physical security controls and projects
Assist with provision of security passes for new starters and temporary passes for contractors
Management and audits of business continuity and security controls as per audit diary
Assist with budgets and contracts relating to business continuity, physical security and health and safety
Oversee starters and levers procedure and ensure all processes are adhered to
Assist facilities help desk with answering calls, car parking, directing queries
Possess good knowledge of security procedures, manned guarding and security access control
Previous experience with facilities/security essential.
