Salary pro-rata as role is contract until 31st March 2021
Candidates will have experience in a similar role gained within a public sector organisation.
To lead and manage the successful delivery of multiple projects across the dedicated programme of work for the organisation in line with agreed objectives to ensure the successful delivery of allocated projects and programmes, ensuring all governance arrangements are followed. To directly manage a team of change and project managers and change programme activities To develop, plan and manage the delivery and transition of business change programmes Monitor overall progress of the programme, identifying and resolving issues and ensuring that interdependencies are proactively identified and managed Identify, monitor and manage risks and issues ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner Report progress of the programme and expenditure to the programme board Monitor the performance of of the team, identify and address issues and improve team and individual performance Assess individual capabilities and development needs and agree development plans Candidates should be educated to degree level, be highly experienced in MS Office, including Microsoft Project and be MSP qualified.
Experience of leading a team and managing staff in a large complex multi-faceted organisation. A sound knowledge and understanding of commercial and procurement processes and a sound knowledge of change and transition processes
