The candidate will be an experienced Digital Asset Team Leader with a digital services qualification to level 5 and excellent all-round digital knowledge, including proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages and experience of implementing or maturing SACM within a medium to large organisation.
You will also have experience of chairing meetings and giving presentation and advise on strategy/approach on implementing SACM in the SIAM (multi vendor) environment with experience of ITSM process improvement and implementation.
To be responsible for definition and continual improvement of SACM proceses; which includes hardware infrastructure (network, server and security on premise and cloud), end user devices and software. Lead a service team that is focused on championing customer satisfaction and delivery an end-to-end service in line with agreed SLA's through the management and control of internal resources and external supplier contracts delivering a customer focused asset management solution. To ensure the provision of efficient and effective administration support to the Customer Services team. To act as liaison with customers and suppliers to progress asks to provide a quality customer service To provide management information around the use of mobile devices, including laptops and smartphones. Liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues to ensure the efficient use of devices. To provide an immediate management ownership for the organsation's asset related queries, determining and prioritising the immediate actions necessary and resources required. To support the drive of the development SACM roadmap, supporting the design and implementation of processes and procedures, including driving the requirements in tooling to support the process. Candidates will possess excellent knowledge of how SACM and Licence Management processes integrate and interact with other ITIL processes and will also have an understanding of the procurement processes with a public sector environment.
